Cleanfix / Metabo Warranty
TORO CAS, Item 444.000 (IHS-Cleanfix 30M444000) has a 3-year limited, parts only, warranty on specific components. This warranty beginning on the date of delivery of the machine. See the full warranty details by visiting the Cleanfix website.
Batteries and charger bearing the Matabo name:
Metabo provides a 3-year limited warranty on its LiHD 18V and 36V battery packs and chargers, covering defects in materials or workmanship but requiring proof of purchase. The warranty has a 3-year duration, is not limited by the number of charge cycles, and requires the battery to fail to charge due to a defect. (Claim through Metabo directly.)
Highlights:
• Cleanfix – All Motors – brush and vacuum – 3-Years. Other Components – 1-year, manufacturing defect. (See the Cleanfix website for full details.)
• Excludes wear items and water damage to electronic control board in the handle area. Example of excluded items: brushes, rubber seals, filters, hoses, labels, squeegees, component discolouration and accessories not included with the original purchase list of components of the TORO CAS on the Cleanfix website.
IHS-Cleanfix (Canada) Warranty Extension for the TORO CAS Scrubber / Dryer
Our Item Number 30M444000 sold after August 31, 2025.
IHS-Cleanfix (Canada) extends the Cleanfix manufacturer’s warranty to include labour for those items covered by the Cleanfix 3-years warranty (motors – brush and vacuum), when the machine is returned to our St. Catharines location. Freight / Insurance to and from our location is the responsibility of the machine’s owner. There is no entitlement to on-site service or installation and removal of components.
Items covered by the Cleanfix warranty for a shorter period of time are not included in this warranty extension.
Clients may at their discretion choose to receive the replacement components and install themselves on the understanding that further warranty coverage is void for those components and related components removed / reinstalled during the replacement.
Proof of purchase may be required.
